In accordance with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) dated November 12, 1999 as signed by President Clinton, the creation of new privacy laws and regulations dictate that effective November 13, 2000, all investment advisory and financial planning as well as other related firms must notify their customers of their privacy policies.

Financial Management, Inc. has always had and continues to have the policy that all customer and client information is kept confidential in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations. Keeping your information secure and confidential is one of our most important responsibilities. We neither disclose nor reserve the right to disclose confidential personal information to any third party, including affiliates as well as non-affiliates. Information we receive and submit on applications and other forms regarding transactions with us, or our affiliates would be disclosed to those companies.

In order to protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of all non-public information in our office, we have established physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to comply with federal and state standards to guard your confidential personal information. We do not sell, share or disclose your non-public personal information to non-affiliated third party marketing companies.
